Starting in the 1940s when Harry Harding gave his customers rose bushes to show thanks for their patronage. In return, they brought back blooms for him in appreciation, inspiring him to start the Pleasanton Rose Show. We look forward to continuing this tradition, held the Saturday before Mother's Day.
The Pleasanton Rose show is an historic show. The success of our show relies on advertisers and local businesses who help support our cause and allow us to continue the tradition of the Pleasanton Rose Show. In 2023,The Pleasanton Rose show proudly donated $11,450.00 to Sunflower Hill, a local organization that provides affordable housing and life skills and enrichment programs for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, Lafayette and the Bay Area, California. Your purchased ads will run in the Rose Show Program; a professionally designed booklet that is handed out to the 400+ exhibitors, volunteers, and attendees of the show.

We've added a raffle and silent auction with all proceeds from the event going to Sunflower Hill, a registered 501c3 non-profit co-developing affordable residential communities and creating programs and activities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities that support independence and interdependence.
